Conjunctions Exercise

Conjunctions are words like when, while, because, though, if, whether and until. We use conjunctions to connect clauses. There are mainly two types of conjunctions: coordinating conjunctions and subordinating conjunctions.

Can you use conjunctions correctly? Test your knowledge with this grammar exercise.

Fill in the blanks with an appropriate conjunction.

Because is a conjunction. Because of is a preposition.
