Many verbs require prepositions before their objects. Note that the preposition is dropped when there is no object.

Complete the following sentences using appropriate prepositions.

We use "from" after "die" to show the direct cause of death, such as injuries.
8I half believe ............... life after death.
Wrong!
We use "in" after "believe" to mean accept that something exists or is real.
9I must apologize ............... disturbing you.
Wrong!
We use "for" after "apologize" before the reason for the apology.
10He left the firm because he didn't agree ............... their sales policy.

We use "with" after "agree" when we mean accept or share an opinion or policy.
