This Refund Policy applies to paid EnglishGrammar.org Pro subscriptions.
Merchant of Record
Payments for EnglishGrammar.org Pro are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, and billing support for your purchase.
Your bank or card statement may show a charge from Paddle or PADDLE.NET.
30-Day Refund Window for First Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your first EnglishGrammar.org Pro subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.
This 30-day refund window applies to your first Pro subscription purchase only. We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, account sharing, violation of our Terms, or repeated refund requests.
Renewals and Partial Billing Periods
Unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle, renewal payments and partially used billing periods are not refundable.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law, you will keep access to Pro until the end of the current paid billing period.
Technical Problems
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing Pro content, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve a material access issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be provided where appropriate or where required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by using the receipt, billing, or subscription management links provided by Paddle, or by contacting us through our contact page.
If your payment was processed by Paddle, Paddle may process approved refunds back to the original payment method where possible.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
