Active and passive voice exercise

Verbs like allow, advise, permit and forbid can be followed by either an–ing formor an infinitive. These sentences can be changed into the passive, but the structures are different.
Fill in the blanks with a passive verb form.

Use "are not allowed" because people receive the prohibition.

Wrong!
Use "is advised" because early booking receives the advice.
8Passengers ............... to book their tickets early.
Wrong!
Use "are advised" because passengers receive the advice.
9She was made ............... the whole story.
Wrong!
Use "to repeat" after the passive causative structure "was made".
10Pregnant women ............... to go on a diet.
Wrong!
Use "are not advised" because pregnant women receive the advice.
